OPINION: Analysts expect that one consequence of the week dollar will be an increase in acquisitions of American companies by foreign investors. Two came in this week: Nokia bought Navteq for $8.1 billion and Toronto-Dominion Bank purchased Commerce Bancorp for $8.5 billion.
